Lux Lunch: Parkers’ Lighthouse

Looking for a place to celebrate July 4th that entails quality food and spectacular views to watch the red, white, and blue?

If you love seafood Parkers’ Lighthouse right on the Long Beach pier is the perfect summer restaurant! A proud recipient of Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence, Parkers’ Lighthouse is known for its exquisite grilled fresh seafood and beautiful views of the port of Long Beach. It is also home to a modern, two-story wine cellar!

We loved their cup of clam chowder for starters! We also ordered their specialty; yellow tail fish bedded with the grain medley and fire grilled vegetables. To complement our palette we had their house white wine that went well with our seafood meal.

This restaurant is the perfect place for fire grilled seafood and experiencing the Southern California coastal views. So the next time you are driving down the Pacific Coast Highway make sure to stop by Parkers’ Lighthouse! You can check out their menu here.
